Port Everglades and airport are also not to far away making transit very easy. Very easy to get to nearby restaurants and stores by using Uber and Lyft, everything was 5 to 15 mins away. The resort just had a nice, genuine Florida feel to it, which I adored.
Next time in Fort Lauderdale will definitely stay here again. Love the place and wish we were staying longer. Beds were super comfy and bathroom had a tub, and the suite was just huge. there is so much to do on the grounds, but I was happy with the pools and beach. Spent time out at the beach and the pools. And I cannot tell you how happy that made us and what a great first impression. Was upgrated to a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. Everyone was just so friendly and incredibly helpful. Received stellar customer service from everyone we came in contact with from Jerry at the front desk, to everyone in the restaurant to those we just happened to pass. So happy to arrive here after a brutal Ohio winter. When deciding on a hotel before the cruise I had only 2 requirements 1.
